Petite Tender

The Petite Tender is a relatively unheard of, but highly desirable cut. Believe it or not, this muscle may be the second most tender cut after the tenderloin; Perfect to cook on the grill. Often called “the butcher’s cut”…but we don’t let our butcher take it!
